Job Description

**About StretchLab**

StretchLab is a leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching services, with a strong presence in the fitness industry. We are seeking an experienced Studio Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations for one of our studios.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking efforts
  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales, business development, and local events
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise sales representatives and flexologists
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and stock levels
  • Proficiency in MindBody and/or ClubReady software, including revenue reports, attendance reports, and utilization reports
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales representatives
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software

**Compensation and Benefits**

  • This position offers a competitive base salary, commission on sales, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance
