Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Ambassador, you will report directly to the General Manager and serve as the primary representative of the studio. Your role will encompass all sales and operational duties during your scheduled shifts. You will be well-versed in the Pure Barre culture, services, and pricing, and will play a crucial role in connecting with clients, educating them about our offerings, and driving membership growth and sales. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will reflect the Pure Barre brand at all times.

Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and building relationships
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Resourceful problem-solver, able to navigate challenges independently

Responsibilities
  • This is a part-time position with hours that will vary based on studio needs
  • Contribute to the success of FR Pure Barre by generating sales and promoting the studio while ensuring a positive client experience
  • Follow up with potential clients to meet outreach and sales objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of membership packages, pricing, and promotions
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels, responding promptly to inquiries
  • Handle routine client tasks such as account setup, class scheduling, and package purchases
  • Assist the General Manager and instructors with daily operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Respond to client communications effectively
  • Notify the team of client milestones and facilitate recognition initiatives
  • Address any visible maintenance or equipment issues promptly
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of studio areas
  • Complete all required training programs
