We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Leader to oversee our client’s service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery both on-site and in-house. This role involves managing a dedicated team that is responsible for customer interactions, sales, and the logistics of product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the service team to guarantee that customers receive top-notch service and product excellence.
  • Handle the recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Drive a company vehicle to various customer locations, assisting the team with physical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage contract renewals effectively.
  • Enhance internal sales and ensure compliance with route efficiency and driver regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
  • Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain DOT medical certification and provide prior employment documentation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Background in customer service, particularly within the industrial or service sectors.
  • Training or instructional experience.
