PRIMARY DUTIES
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact within the studio, overseeing all sales and operational activities during assigned shifts. This individual is well-versed in the Pure Barre culture, services, and pricing, and is dedicated to engaging with clients, educating them about our offerings, and driving membership growth and sales. This role embodies the Pure Barre brand at all times and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • This is a part-time role with hours that fluctuate based on studio requirements
  • Sales Representatives contribute to the success of Pure Barre by driving sales, promoting the studio, and ensuring a positive customer experience with professionalism
  • Following up with potential clients to achieve personal outreach and sales targets
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all membership packages, pricing, and current promotions
  • Engaging with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
  • Handling routine client-facing tasks, including account setup, class scheduling, and package purchases
  • Assisting the General Manager and instructors with daily operations, ensuring the studio remains clean and welcoming
  • Responding to client communications effectively
  • Recognizing client milestones and coordinating acknowledgments
  • Addressing any visible maintenance or equipment issues promptly
  • Performing daily cleaning and sanitization of the studio and retail areas
  • Completing all necessary training programs
