PRIMARY DUTIES
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Associate serves as the primary representative of the studio, overseeing all sales and operational activities during assigned shifts. This role requires a deep understanding of Pure Barre's culture, services, and pricing, along with a genuine passion for engaging with clients, educating them about our offerings, and driving membership growth and sales. The Sales Associate embodies the Pure Barre brand and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • This is a part-time position with variable hours based on studio needs
  • Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Pure Barre by driving sales, promoting the studio, and ensuring a positive client experience
  • Follow up with potential clients to achieve personal outreach and sales objectives
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all membership options, including benefits, pricing, and current promotions
  • Engage with clients, assessing their needs and satisfaction levels, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Handle routine client interactions, including account setup, class scheduling, and package purchases
  • Support the General Manager and instructors in daily operations, ensuring the studio remains clean and welcoming
  • Respond to client communications effectively
  • Recognize client milestones and coordinate acknowledgments and rewards
  • Address any visible maintenance or equipment issues promptly
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization tasks for the studio and retail areas
  • Participate in all required training programs
