The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of assigned business operations. This involves establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage resources and distribution of services to customers, and analyze systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Direct business operations to achieve high performance, as measured by the company scorecard, and participate in strategic planning meetings as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team within the region.
- Participate in the sales process, including working with the pre-proposal site survey team, aiding in presentations, and approving final contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in management.
- Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions based on financial reports and other data.
- Proven track record of enhancing profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels, in alignment with business strategy.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple service lines.
