As a Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource Team Member at PNC, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be part of a dynamic team based in the Northern Virginia area, supporting multiple branches in PNC's Northern Virginia Retail Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships by identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customers' share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • No degree required; related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
  • Comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered
Work Environment:
  • Reliable transportation required to travel to various branches throughout the Northern Virginia region
  • Flexibility needed and mileage reimbursement paid
