Job Summary

As a Store Environment Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including helping customers find products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Support sales floor operations, including operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer returns and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects.
