Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Pure Barre studios, ensuring exceptional customer experience and consistent execution of our technique.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented instructors and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and members, analyzing metrics and creating action plans to achieve financial goals.
  • Vendor Management: Directly coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely delivery of studio retail and products.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and supervision of Sales Representatives and instructors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Studio Management: Enforce studio policies and procedures, ensuring all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
  • Community Engagement: Schedule and participate in networking and community events, promoting the studio and generating leads.
