Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Pure Barre studios, ensuring exceptional customer experience and consistent execution of our technique.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented instructors and staff, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and members, driving revenue growth across the region.
  • Financial Management: Analyze metrics and create action plans to achieve financial goals, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our studios.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely delivery of studio retail and products.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and supervision of Sales Representatives and instructors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Studio Management: Enforce studio policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  • Community Engagement: Schedule and participate in networking and community events, promoting our studios and building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales, ensuring a strong online presence and reputation.
