About the Role:
Sixt is seeking a skilled Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, upselling and cross-selling our services, and meeting sales and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
- Sales and Upselling: Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers, including vehicle upgrades and additional services, to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists and reports, to assist the branch in achieving its goals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Branch Support: Assist the branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles, as needed, to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
