About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to senior Sales leaders. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing a strategy for our rapidly growing sales segments, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales & GTM leadership, providing business insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting, identifying opportunities and problem areas within the business.
- Frame business problems and communicate insights, recommending and executing solutions to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact.
- Partner with revenue operations teammates to drive systems and process improvements for the sales organization.
- 5+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills, familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Mode).
- Experience with SQL is strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, familiarity with related Sales systems (Outreach, Gong, etc.).
