About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our Employee Benefits Team at Hotchkiss Insurance in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support carrier implementation and renewal processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Manage day-to-day service account requests, providing exceptional client support and communication
  • Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation, showcasing your organizational skills
  • Assist with client material creation, developing engaging and informative content
  • Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing, demonstrating your attention to detail
  • Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
