Audacy is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Chattanooga. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media sales, with a strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contact prospective customers to sell integrated marketing solutions utilizing our broadcasting stations inclusive of commercial spot inventory, digital and streaming packages, and non-traditional revenue.
  • Spend at least 50% of work time engaging in sales and solicitations outside of the office.
  • Responsible for exceeding sales budget and collection of sold accounts.
  • Maintain CRM account lists while soliciting new business.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven sales success preferably in digital media.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Gmail, Sheets, etc.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital, audio, and interactive.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
