Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in the Chattanooga area. As a key contributor to our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the local market.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close deals. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, identify new business leads, and implement effective sales strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Professional with Aqua Systems, you will:
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Present our water solutions to potential clients and negotiate contracts
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
