Maintenance Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Operator to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control line speeds, batch formula production rates, and equipment start/stop functions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
