Role


Path Engineering is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe repairs, working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, utilizing precision measuring equipment and technical expertise.
  • Maintain and repair industrial control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Fulfill production operator duties as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people and projects with ease.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center, driving knowledge sharing and growth.
