Key Responsibilities:

GREETING: Welcome visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

COMMUNICATION: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

ORGANIZATION: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

COORDINATION: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them promptly to the relevant departments.

SUPPORT: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments as needed.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.

EXPERIENCE: 1+ year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

SKILLS: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
