- Provide new hires with information on benefits and instruct on enrollment procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct benefits orientations, educating employees on their benefits and how to access them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits filing systems, ensuring easy access to benefits information.
- Resolve discrepancies with carrier representatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Administer COBRA, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to the HR and benefits teams, ensuring seamless benefits administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- 4+ years of benefits administration experience, with a strong understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000-$65,000 annually.
- Type: Direct Hire.
