Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at ASK Consulting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Process daily accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Review and process domestic and international invoices for payment, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Resolve purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payment discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and maintain Accounts Payable procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to team and organizational goals by providing exceptional support and services.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to increase job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
