Job Description

Vericast is the financial institution (FI) performance partner, helping banks and credit unions drive growth, improve efficiency, and navigate change through data, technology, and people.

As a key member of our team, the Account Executive III - Financial Services will be responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability goals from existing accounts and new client prospects. This role requires meeting with clients and prospects to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in high-level prospecting activities, including lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients.
  • Meet with clients and prospects to deepen existing relationships and generate incremental business.
  • Consult with clients on business issues and marketing program design, understanding client needs and negotiating costs and services.
  • Work with Client Strategists and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
  • Manage contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sell with data and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with the ability to close new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines and recent sales experience within a financial services vendor company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and outside.
  • Highly developed client solution selling and targeting skills, with a consistent track record of success in achieving and exceeding annual quota and business objectives.

What We Offer:

  • A base salary of $98,000 - $120,000, plus a sales incentive/commission program.
