Position Overview:
Customer Care Specialist
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive on challenges and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves full-time remote sales positions, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Our talent assessment program is designed to foster your professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to arrange complimentary design consultations with our expert designers.
- Educating customers on the benefits of having a design consultant visit their homes.
- Acting as the brand ambassador and the initial point of contact for customers.
- Demonstrating the value of our brand while assisting customers in understanding our offerings and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive demeanor.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficient organizational and computer skills.
- Full-time availability, including potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Willingness to attend in-person training sessions.
- A collaborative spirit that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Additional Information:
Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, identifying their needs, and scheduling design consultations with product experts or directing them to the appropriate department. You will be expected to provide an outstanding customer experience with each interaction, accurately enter customer information into our database, and perform outbound calls for follow-up initiatives as necessary. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed.
Training and Equipment:
We provide paid training and necessary equipment. Candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to maintain focus in a distraction-free environment while communicating with customers.
