Role Summary:

The Loan Administrator / Customer Service Representative III will be an integral part of our Retail Branch team, engaging with clients to facilitate banking transactions, whether at the Teller counter, on the Platform, or via telephone. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with the establishment of depository accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
  • Processing applications for Equity Lines of Credit and loans.
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and excel in a collaborative environment. This role requires versatility, as the candidate will be involved in various branch operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of recent experience as a Retail Bank Teller.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a retail banking environment, particularly with new account setups and loan applications.
  • Experience with conventional first mortgages is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, characterized by professional communication and a friendly demeanor.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
