About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our organization's mission and values.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and publish engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and additional platforms.
  • Assist in managing social channels, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Design marketing materials and graphics for ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating information gathering and project coordination.
  • Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
  • Two years of experience in marketing, public relations, customer service, writing, social media, report writing, or scientific writing.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM software and CMS tools).
  • Basic skills in graphic design and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
