Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist our Business Development team in driving lead generation and expanding our business. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting Lamark's business growth and will report to the SVP of Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute business development activities in a timely manner
  • Develop and create marketing proposals for business development teams
  • Lead internal Kick-Off meetings and gather ad account access
  • Improve marketing documentation in pitches
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external partners
  • Manage projects in the PM tool (Workfront)
  • Juggle and prioritize a diverse workload with competing timelines
  • Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Requirements and Experience
  • 1-2 years of professional marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
