Position Overview: We are in search of a driven and innovative Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing approaches.
  • Design captivating visual content for both digital and print media using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Assist in producing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Help craft and implement email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and refresh the company's website and social media channels with relevant content and updates.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify target demographics and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide general assistance to marketing executives, including administrative support and project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), content management systems, and website editing (WordPress).
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital media.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events (at least 25%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
