Hollander Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client relations team, you will play a vital role in managing our growing caseload and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement outbound sales strategies and partnerships with other law firms to drive new case growth.
- Screen incoming potential client calls to ensure cases align with our firm's scope, while providing empathetic and supportive communication to callers.
- Coordinate appointments for potential clients, ensuring our lawyers' schedules are organized and our caseload continues to grow.
- Collect and enter client paperwork and data into our case management system to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient case file management.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence to maintain operational efficiency.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Conduct thorough client intake interviews, ensuring comprehensive documentation of client information.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Collaborate with the team to support client matters and provide administrative assistance.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software is desired.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy are essential.
- Previous legal experience is highly valued.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree is desired.
- Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice intake experience is preferred.
- Experience with Lead Docket and/or Filevine is a plus.
- Excellent bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in lieu considered.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail are a must.
- Tech savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
