Job Overview

  • Achieve sales targets - Meet and surpass individual and team objectives for acquiring new clients.
  • Monitor progress - Document interactions with prospects and track achievements in the CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends - Stay informed about industry developments and the overall market landscape relevant to Innovating Great Minds.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
  • Persistent in understanding and addressing client needs
