Job Title: Retirement Services Program Coordinator/Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retirement Services Program Coordinator/Supervisor at Residential Services Inc. (RSI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

About RSI

RSI is a non-profit organization that has been serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Orange County, NC since 1974. We provide support to over 120 people and employ over 250 clinical, direct care, nursing, and administrative staff. Our mission is to provide quality services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

The Retirement Services Program Coordinator/Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the development of residents' ongoing daily schedules within a group home setting according to their Individual Support Plans.
  • Providing support and supervision to RSI residents to lead self-directed lives and to participate fully in their home and community environments.
  • Creating a hospitable and professional work environment and functioning as a positive role model for residents and staff.
  • Promoting health, safety, and wellness of all residents.
  • Providing supervision to employees, including hiring and evaluating staff.
  • Promoting RSI's Mission, Vision, Values, and Policies & Procedures.
  • Ensuring proper care and maintenance of assigned building, grounds, and vehicle.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a human service related field and at least two years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. Alternatively, you may have a Bachelor's Degree in a field other than one related to developmental disabilities and at least four years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

This full-time position is eligible for a hiring bonus of $1,200 to be paid in two installments: $600 within 30 days of your hire date and $600 after completing both a successful introductory period evaluation and 6 months of employment.
