ABA Program Supervisor

**About the Role**

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home and center-based ABA services. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA programs across New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement and growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct initial and continuing in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS
* Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
* Train and supervise paraprofessionals and RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
* Manage and evaluate staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits
* Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary
* Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers
* Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink

**Requirements**

* Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
* Current BCBA certification
* Strong interpersonal and writing skills
* Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
* 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
