About the Role

This is an open and continuous posting for a full-time position on various shifts, including day and evening shifts. As an LPN II, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide direct care to clients, assess their condition, administer medication, and monitor detoxification processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and education to clients, promoting health and wellness.
  • Assess client conditions, administer medications, and monitor detoxification processes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and ensure client safety.
  • Participate in therapeutic interactions with clients to aid in assessments and ensure safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with clients who have primary substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of detoxification protocols, including CIWA and COWS.
  • Familiarity with substance use treatment modalities and medications.
  • A current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
