About the Role

As a Substance Abuse Recovery Specialist - LPN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in substance abuse recovery or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of addiction dynamics and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
