Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, manage appointment scheduling, process payments, and resolve account issues.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment setting and payment collection.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer account information.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure all inquiries are addressed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate pest control service appointments with clients.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our pest control services, pricing, and procedures.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the pest control team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings.
  • Manage incoming calls regarding products, services, general inquiries, and complaints.
  • Utilize established scripts to handle challenging customer situations and escalate as necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on their experiences with our company.
  • Work closely with the sales team to remain knowledgeable about services and products.
  • Ensure customer account information is consistently updated.

Qualifications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills for data entry and customer management systems.
  • Willingness to undergo training on pest control services and products (training provided).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer interaction and engagement.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required.
