Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at DH Pace Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Service Coordination: Work with customers to schedule service appointments, provide quotes, and promote our products and services.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
