Job Title: Audio Visual Manager

Overview:

The Audio Visual Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences related to AV needs, sales, and services. This role oversees the overall operations management of the AV department, ensuring revenue and profitability through the execution of business and operating plans, as well as leading the AV team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Train, retain, and mentor Assistant AV Managers and Associates to execute successful department operations. Collaborate with recruiters to determine and implement hiring guidelines and standards.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Metrics: Set short-term and long-range goals to ensure achievement of department-defined performance metrics.
  • Service Quality and Guest Satisfaction: Drive guest satisfaction by implementing service quality standards through the AV team, ensuring execution of written standards for all AV Associates and proper utilization of Associate coaching and Talent Development Programs.
  • Financial Management: Practice responsible financial management of the AV department, working with Manager to develop annual business plans and budgets, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, accurately forecasting financial performance, and delivering financial results in accordance with those budgets.
  • Asset Management: Ensure assigned assets are properly maintained and protected through regular inventory accountability, proper transportation, Associate training on proper usage, preventative maintenance, and effective security of storage areas.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with Manager and corporate support partners to review, recommend, and develop Audio Visual SOPs, pricing guidelines, and marketing programs.
  • AV Sales and Market Competitiveness: Oversee AV Sales objectives and strategies, analyzing industry trends to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Emergency Response: Perform Emergency Response duties as required for this role in the Emergency Response Organization Chart and Plan.
