Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visual content that aligns with Sentara's branding guidelines. This includes participating in project meetings to define objectives and ensuring that all design materials are properly archived in a centralized location. Design outputs may encompass brochures, newsletters, marketing collateral, and other printed materials. Regular documentation of work progress is essential, as is the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for design processes. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is necessary to address inquiries and provide updated materials for production.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and HTML is required.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
