About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Faculty Activity Database Administrator and Project Manager. This is a part-time wage position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation, importation, updates, and maintenance of faculty activity data within the Faculty Activity Insights information system.
  • Support the Peer review process from beginning to end, including managing the flow of information from individual faculty members to the committee.
  • Prepare and perform key annual data imports used for the annual faculty review reporting, including research, teaching, service, and presentations.
  • Prepare reports for various purposes, including the Peer review process, tenure and promotion process, annual ranking surveys, and AACSB accreditation reports.
  • Audit the data as needed to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Work to improve data import processes and other school information systems data integration efficiencies.
  • Act as liaison and work closely with the Activity Insights support team to create and edit reports.
  • Support other Office of Faculty and Research projects as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and one year of experience required.
  • 4-7 years working in a structured environment interacting with multiple levels of management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Interest and ability to improve processes.
  • Computer/technology skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and various internet browsers.
Compensation

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
