About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Paramount Unified School District. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized sales solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and selling broadcast and OTT solutions.
  • Deep OTT sales knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
  • Strong marketing instincts and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Wide Orbit a plus.
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and negotiations skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Media Advertising Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, creativity, detail orientation, organizational, and analytical skills required.
