Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices, test new technologies, and document standard procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • CompTIA A+ certification within the first 120 days of hire.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows environments and basic troubleshooting.
