Culinary Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Restaurant Zone. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across three upscale restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food and ingredients
• Train new hires and foster continued staff development
• Manage and resolve guest issues and maintain excellent service
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years of culinary experience and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Background check required

What We Offer:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits, PTO, and a dynamic work environment.
