Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team at Atalian Kitchen & Bar in Downtown Atlanta. The successful candidate will have a passion for traditional Italian cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will oversee day-to-day operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. They will also work closely with management to create a memorable dining experience for guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields, as well as knowledge of cost and labor systems. Strong leadership qualities, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food and cooking techniques are essential.
