Position Overview: This position is designed to assist the Health, Welfare, and Wellness division in managing benefit initiatives, coordinating logistics for benefit-related events, and addressing employee inquiries concerning benefit offerings.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in health and welfare benefit management, along with:

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word; proficiency in MS PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Workday benefits administration systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities; adept at researching, following up, and resolving intricate issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Compensation: Estimated minimum rate is $30.00, with a maximum estimated rate of $40.00.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance two days a week. Candidates must be able to commute to designated office locations.
