Job Opportunity at Ellie Mental Health - 234

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Professional to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 234. As a Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for Full-Time status.
  • Establish and maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to a tight-knit team culture.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • A fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
