Salary Range: Approximately $36,090 - $43,330, subject to change based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Work Requests: Oversee a centralized call center and departmental computer system for work requests, job costing, and inventory control.
  2. Coordinate Maintenance Orders: Process and distribute scheduled preventive maintenance work orders and verify charge account numbers.
  3. Data Management: Enter and check labor, inventory, and vendor charges, ensuring accurate reporting and data transmission.
  4. Support CMMS Administration: Act as a resource for building managers, create custom reports, and train personnel on new modules.
  5. Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit data batches, monitor purchasing cards, and provide backup support for clerical tasks.
  6. Inventory Coordination: Prepare inventory check sheets, conduct physical inventory counts, and ensure timely data input.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
