Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Responsible for the sale, rental, or leasing of new and used construction equipment and attachments. Meet customer needs, grow market share, and maintain acceptable profit levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets for units, dollars, and gross profit.
  • Demonstrate and operate heavy construction equipment to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and market share.
  • Listen to customer concerns, document issues, and respond with solutions.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide value-based proposals.
  • Manage sales-related expenses and maintain accurate records.
  • Submit reports on lost sales activities and evaluate results.
Other Functions:
  • Operate company vehicles.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by corporate management.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Heavy equipment sales experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and self-motivation skills.
  • Advanced computer and application systems skills.
Work Environment:

Working in assigned territory, calling on customers, with occasional office work and travel.
