About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Florence Building Materials - East Quogue. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors and builders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute promotions and sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment
  • Ability to demonstrate year-over-year growth in a sales territory
  • Passion for being a business partner to customers and providing them with the tools and products needed to increase their sales and earnings
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship
  • Able to pass a criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test
