Job Overview:

  • Headkount is seeking a skilled Retail Account Coordinator to join our team in Canada.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to manage and mentor Beauty Educators, review performance and attendance, and ensure regulatory and company values are upheld.

This role involves performing in-store support, streamlining communication with Beauty Educators, and developing relationships with retailer employees and clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, be able to multitask, and work efficiently in a retail and home office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cocoon and grow Beauty Educators to excel in their roles
  • Lead In store Events with confidence
  • Streamline and direct Beauty Educators questions and communication effectively
  • Nurture relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators
  • Regularly check in on performance
  • Review weekly attendance concerns and ensure standards are met
  • Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations promptly
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift
  • Stay up-to-date with the Headkount app and communicate with the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing people
  • 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
  • Excellent retail selling and education background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional conduct in-store
  • Will to commute at least 30 miles
  • Cell phone availability
  • Open availability
