Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to support our client's CEO, Executive Team, and employees.

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hourKey Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to travelers.
  • Assist with visa applications and other travel-related documentation.
  • Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Handle travel-related issues and emergencies, providing support and solutions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating domestic and international travel, such as within a travel agency or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Concur is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
