Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Front End Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
