We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Associate to join our team at Shinola- Retail, a luxury design brand based in Detroit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring visual and operational standards are met, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team during peak holiday months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Visual and Operational Standards are met
  • Gift Wrapping
  • Support the team during peak holiday months

Seasonal Benefits:

  • Employee discount in-store on most Shinola products
  • Eligibility for a retention bonus if you refer other employees - terms & conditions will be communicated by the Store Manager
  • Depending on store needs, potential opportunity for part-time or full-time employment post the seasonal period

Employment Type: Seasonal

Compensation type: Hourly, $50 per hour

Eligible employees are able to participate in a monthly cash bonus program if the store exceeds monthly sales volume targets.

Eligibility is determined upon date of hire during the current fiscal month and cash bonus amounts dependent on job title and sales volume targets.
